About Lightbridge ERP
The right ERP, chosen without bias.
Lightbridge ERP is an independent, vendor-neutral ERP advisory firm. We run the needs assessment, lead ERP selection across the platform landscape, and own program management and technical leadership through delivery, for mid-market and enterprise organizations.
Lightbridge ERP is the continuation of Lightbridge Solutions: the same senior practitioners, now vendor-neutral.
Part of the Lightbridge technology group. Based in Reston, Virginia.
Most ERP advice comes from someone who sells the software.
Resellers and VARs earn commission on the platform they recommend. That bias points the answer toward what they sell, not toward what fits how your business runs. The wrong system then takes years and a second project to unwind.
Lightbridge ERP was built to remove that bias. We accept no vendor kickbacks, no reseller quotas, and no partner-tier incentives. The selection is scored on fit for your contract mix, your accounting, and your operating model, not on a vendor compensation plan.
NetSuite is one practice among many, delivered in-house alongside EPM and FP&A. For other platforms, delivery runs through rigorously vetted partners under Lightbridge program management and technical leadership.
Our principles.
Six commitments that define how Lightbridge ERP operates. Every engagement, every team, every quarter.
Unbiased by design
Lightbridge accepts no vendor kickbacks, no reseller quotas, and no partner-tier incentives. Recommendations are driven by fit for your business, not by which platform pays a commission.
Senior practitioners
Engagements are led by senior finance and ERP professionals: CPAs, former controllers, former CFOs, and ERP architects. Not support agents. Not staffing benches.
Selection on the merits
We run a structured, evidence-based selection across the platform landscape. NetSuite, SAP, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, and more, scored on fit for how your business actually operates.
Financial depth
ASC 606 revenue recognition, multi-book accounting, intercompany elimination, and advanced revenue management. The technical configurations a finance-led team is built to get right.
Accountable through delivery
Lightbridge owns program management and technical leadership on every engagement, in-house for NetSuite and EPM/FP&A, and through vetted partners under Lightbridge leadership for other platforms.
Full-spectrum capability
Advisory, architecture, ERP selection, program leadership, plus cloud integration, AI, and custom software across the Lightbridge group. One accountable owner for every technology layer.
Our team
Finance professionals, not support agents.
Lightbridge ERP is staffed by senior finance and ERP professionals: CPAs, former controllers, former CFOs, and ERP architects who have run the close and owned the audit. They evaluate platforms the way a finance leader does, on fit and risk.
That depth is why the recommendation holds up. When the selection is right, the implementation is on the right foundation, the month-end close runs on time, and audit prep is already done.
DRIVER methodology.
Every Lightbridge ERP engagement follows DRIVER: Discover, Refine, Implement, Validate, Enable, Run. Defined phases, quality gates, and measurable outcomes at each step.

Lightbridge ERP operates as part of the Lightbridge technology group. Our clients have access to capabilities that standalone ERP partners cannot provide: cloud architecture, AI strategy, and custom software development under one governance framework.
